All senior memberships include off-peak access to the gym, swimming pool, group exercise classes, online classes, and free gym induction and programme. Off-peak are times between 6:30AM-3:45PM Mon – Fri, and normal opening hours Sat – Sun. To be eligible for this membership, you must be 60+.
