This class combines ballet-inspired moves and elements of Pilates. The workout is great for balance, posture and toning. Don’t worry; no ballet barre is needed! Just use the kitchen counter, the back of the sofa, or a sturdy chair.

The Feldenkrais Method® uses gentle movement to help increase your ease and range of motion and improve your flexibility and coordination. Join us to learn more and practice this technique.
Feldenkrais is offered every Monday.
Fit Fusion is a high-energy blend of cardio, strengthening and stretching exercises. Some movements will be done using a chair for support. Music will help you forget you’re exercising! Grab a pair of light weights (dumbbells, water bottles or anything you have around the house!) and join us for this fun workout!

Join us for this afternoon stretching and breathing session, which will include 30 minutes of simple stretches and breathing meditations. We start promptly so please log on at least five minutes early, if possible!

Increase your strength and improve your balance and flexibility. Seated and standing exercises will be performed to address posture, gait and self-confidence in mobility. Light weights may be used (dumbbells, water bottles, resistance bands or anything you have around the house). Fun music will accompany the exercises!

Traditional “Taijiquan” (Supreme ultimate fist) is a Chinese system of meditative exercises, characterized by methodically slow circular and stretching movements. Taijiquan is one kind of martial art that you can use for your good health as well as for self-defense. This particular session includes balance exercise and also learning different movement sequences known as forms, a perfect combination for saving our memory as we age.
