Luiz will introduce you to adaptive box fit with this introductory video, combining upper body exercise with boxing skills. This 58 minutes workout includes a warm-up and cool down. No equipment required but please have a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
Yoga is an effective way to improve strength, flexibility and balance and it  can lead to improvements in your physical and mental wellbeing.

We will also run through 5 upper body exercises, that will work our Triceps, Biceps, and many other upper limb muscles. The work out will also include a 5-minute warm up and cool down, to make sure our muscles are stretched out before and after the session to prevent injury.



WheelPower is the national charity for wheelchair sport and it's our mission to support disabled people of all ages to lead healthier and more active lives through movement, activity and sport.
The NEW Learn to Handcycle with WheelPower events are run by experienced hand cyclists and qualified coaching staff.  We welcome people with a physical disability over the age of 16 to come along and try handcycling. Suitable for both beginners and those without a bike, keen for another try.



WheelPower’s Sports Festival is open to anyone with a physical disability, from the age of 5 years to Adult. Please note that activities will be split into appropriate age groups.


During this online class Ella will be taking us through a 40-minute workout that includes a short warm-up and warm down.
No experience is necessary, and everyone is welcome. Members of your household can join in too!
These brand new WheelPower dance videos are made for people with physical disabilities and delivered by our instructor Becky Whitaker. There will be four videos in this series and nearly 4 hours of dancing to be enjoyed! So put on your glittery outfit, grab a bottle of water and lets dance! 
Our instructor Philip Sheridan will be taking us on a deep dive into the ancient, embodied movements of qigong. Philip brings an unprecedented level of knowledge and experience to these sessions with over 37 years of practice in tai chi, qigong, embodied practice, and other martial arts.
